A peer-teaching webinar series Join us as we explore the qualities, history and therapeutic uses of twelve healing plants over six hour-long webinar sessions. We will work out of Markus Sommer's book Healing Plants: Herbal Remedies from Traditional to Anthroposophic Medicine. This year will feature: Plantain, Horsetail, St. John's Wort, Elder, Lime (Linden), Thistle, Coneflower (Echinacea), Lemon Balm, Rosemary, Rose, Gentian and Arnica and Calendula as a pair. This course meets the first Thursday of every month, October 2017 to March 2018, 8:30pm EST/5:30pm PST. This is a great introductory activity for pre-med, medical students and residents, tuition discounts available.
